Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are essential for the efficiency and scalability of any logistics operation. CJ Logistics, a global 3PL service provider, faced the challenge of operating with three different platforms across more than 35 facilities. To improve data security, reduce costs, and enable scalability, the company decided to seek a unified solution.
The Challenge: Consolidating and Securing Operations
With the support of Alpine Supply Chain Solutions, CJ Logistics began the WMS selection process in late 2023. One of the key criteria was ensuring the security of their clients' data—especially for those involved in e-commerce.
The company required a system certified with security standards such as SOC 2, which protects information from unauthorized access and cyberattacks.

The Solution: Implementation of Körber’s Warehouse Advantage
After a rigorous selection process, CJ Logistics chose Körber’s Warehouse Advantage, a cloud-based solution designed for multi-client operations. Implementation began at their new cold chain center in Georgia—a 270,000-square-foot facility strategically located near major transport routes and the future Northeast Georgia Inland Port.
Results and Next Steps
Since the implementation, CJ Logistics has reported significant improvements in usability, customer onboarding, and data security.
The company now plans to expand the new WMS to additional facilities in 2025, reinforcing its digital transformation and ensuring sustainable growth.
